Adopt-a-Shelf: Give with Purpose
Food insecurity can affect anyone-families, seniors, individuals, and working households. When budgets are stretched by rent, utilities, medical costs, or unexpected expenses, it can be hard to keep enough nutritious food at home. At Share the Table, we’re here to make sure our neighbors can access healthy food when they need it most.
How Adopt-a-Shelf Works
The Adopt-a-Shelf program is an easy, flexible way for individuals, families, churches, and businesses to keep our pantry stocked with the items neighbors count on every day.
- Choose a shelf item to “adopt.”
Pick a shelf in our pantry you’d like to keep filled—like canned vegetables, soups, pasta, peanut butter, or other staples. (We can discuss current needs with you.) - Donate on a schedule that works for you.
Bring in your chosen item as often as you’d like—weekly, monthly, or whenever it fits your routine. - Make a real impact, all year long.
Your consistent support helps ensure families take home the foods they know they’ll use and enjoy.
Whether you adopt green beans, canned corn, or another pantry staple, you’re helping provide food with dignity and reminding neighbors in our community that they are not alone. You can also make a monetary donation monthly towards food if you don’t want to shop & deliver the items.
Please drop off donations during our hours of operation. Pull around to the garage door and ring the doorbell.
